These Terms of Service govern your use of the Suyzeko mobile application and related services. By using Suyzeko, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
You agree not to use Suyzeko for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. You may not interfere with the operation of the service, attempt to access another user's account, reverse engineer the application, or misuse connected hardware devices.
Suyzeko is designed to connect to supported hardware devices through Bluetooth. You are responsible for using connected devices safely and in accordance with any product documentation, safety instructions, and applicable laws.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include account information, profile information, avatar images, device information, Bluetooth connection data, and saved preset or protocol data needed to provide account login, device control, backup, synchronization, and account security features.
All content, trademarks, software, designs, and other intellectual property in Suyzeko are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the application or service without prior written permission.
You may delete your account in the App through Settings > Account Security > Delete Account. You may also use our Account Deletion page if you no longer have access to the App.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Suyzeko is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application or connected devices.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Suyzeko after changes means you accept the updated terms.
